Cash Application Services
CMOS provides Cash Application Services as a complement to our White Label credit control services. Cash Application means that as soon as funds are received, your customer’s account is immediately updated. Key service features include:
- Ensuring that the incoming cash is applied in timely manner to the correct accounts
- Daily review of all unapplied cash to ensure this is investigated and minimised.
- Posting all cash in multiple currencies.
- Investigating discrepancies and liaising with credit controllers for resolution of same.
- Providing Weekly & daily cash report for management.
- Managing Daily & weekly bank reconciliation.
- Resolving queries, ensuring credits & refunds are authorised and processed as required.
- Retrieve and analyse cash receipt reports from domestic and international banks.
- Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution.
- Perform other duties as assigned (W/O, Audit backup support, etc.)
- Ad Hoc requirements as required by the Credit Manager
