When we first started this journey, our vision and mission was clear – to revolutionise the financial landscape by becoming the foremost authority in credit and debt management including credit control and receivables management, driving sustainable growth for businesses worldwide. We sought to empower businesses by optimising their financial health through strategic credit control and receivables management outsourcing and in sourcing services.
Founded the law firm Hugh J. Ward & Co. Solicitors specialising in credit and debt management law and collections.
1996
Founded Credit Management Outsource Solutions (CMOS) Limited specialising in pre legal credit and debt management services. Management at 1 and staff at 1.
2009
Due to growth and expansion CMOS mover to larger offices at Amien Street in Dublin 1.
2011
Due to continued growth and expansion CMOS moved to IDA Business Park in Dublin 17 close to Dublin airport. This is a modern office building of 10,000 sq ft of office space.
2018
Covid Pandemic required to move all operations to a remote standing. This was successfully completed. All customers were retained however a number of government mandates required the exercise of moratoriums on aspects of debt collection.

CMOS is now about to celebrate our 15th anniversary that has taken us on a journey from a handful of staff to over 150 people providing our services to well-known very large domestic and international blue chip organisations.
