Teleperformance, a global leader in digital business services, has partnered with Credit Management Outsource Solutions (CMOS) to leverage Open Banking and launches a brand-new digital platform – SwitchAGENT.eu. SwitchAGENT allows customers changing their current account provider to switch all their arrangements for regular payments and receipts via a single visit to the SwitchAGENT portal.
SwitchAGENT’s services include:
- Direct Debits. Inform payment partners for all categories.
- Inform regular payers like employers, Social Welfare Services or other creditors.
- Online Payment Partners. We help you to update your new bank details for payment partners like music streaming providers or e-mobility services.
- Standing Orders. Easily adapt your standing orders to your new bank details for paying regular payments like rents for houses.
Additionally, SwitchAGENT allows customer to monitor their direct debits and regular receipts online using new IBAN, putting control directly in their hands. This service has already been successfully implemented across Europe, including Germany, France, Spain, The Netherlands, and Austria.
