Workplace ‘Culture’ can be framed as the personality of an organization from the employee perspective, more specifically it is the environment and atmosphere that our employees work in, combining our leadership, beliefs, values, attitudes, behaviors, and interactions within the workplace.

If our staff feel they are contributing to something meaningful or something they care about, they will work harder. They can be more creative and feel empowered to solve problems, often thinking outside the box. As they feel comfortable speaking up and are invested in getting the job done to the highest standards, this, in turn, leads to increased job satisfaction, positive relations with coworkers, and employee engagement which results in reduced turnover. Employees are more likely to stay as they do not want to give up the positive culture or their increased job satisfaction.
