Amicable Debt Collection Agency Services (DCA)

Invariably, in a post-pay environment, some customers will fail to pay within terms. To minimise revenue loss, it is important to pursue these receivables as soon as they go beyond terms. CMOS’ DCA service will maximise both the rate and speed of collection.

In DCA, the key to effectiveness is data capture, and analysis. The objective of the chase path is to secure “right party contact” with the debtor and, on contact, First Contact Resolution (FCR), i.e. to arrange payment. Once validated, cases selected are routed to the appropriate multimedia pre-agreed chase path process. Chase paths are dynamic. The order, frequency, media and duration of communications will vary based on information harvested, analysis of debtor behaviour and experience with similar debtors.
