At CMOS, our training plan focuses on both the immediate training of new starters and ongoing training of the experienced staff. We focus our training on achieving objectives to ensure the team understand and meet the requirements of our clients and CMOS. Through our regular performance reviews, we identify the needs and wants of our teams and ensure we can tailor our training to meet these.
We provide an interactive training programmes held over two weeks to ensure that staff at all levels achieve a comprehensive understanding, end-to-end, of the processes and tasks. The new starter’s two weeks in training begins with the first week focusing on core skills and requirements such as systems, legalities, understanding our clients’ needs, KPIs and soft skills. The second week of training will focus on supporting the new starter while they continue to gain greater understanding of the process and improve their new skills.
CMOS brings variety to the training sessions through a mixture of training methods, including classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, interactive workshops and instructor-led material.
