In 2018, Electric Ireland (ROI) contracted for credit management services with CMOS, and our  sister business, Hugh J Ward and Co Solicitors which already provided legal services to Electric Ireland since 2005. Together,  we now provide  credit and debt management services including collections and related services for outstanding accounts of  residential and business customers. Using Electric Ireland’s own systems, CMOS provides of a range of services  for the accounts of over 3,000  customers each month, including

  • Collection of outstanding balances, including multimedia payment processing
  • Resolution of customer queries
  • Dynamic multimedia collection paths
  • Bespoke communication protocols
  • Analysis of debtor behaviour across a variety of metrics
