LMS is an automated credit control service designed for the SME market, which significantly reduces overhead for the SME and optimises collection performance. Key features of LMS are:
- Remotely monitors the SME ledger on your business system
- Maintains the ledger in good standing relative to agreed KPIs
- Generates automatic white label communications, (calls, emails, and SMS) to your customers in line with agreed chase path, (including pre-due communications as agreed)
- All communication is in your business’ name
- If customers have a query, their call/email is routed to CMOS
- Customers’ payments go directly to your business as normal
- CMOS will arrange and manage instalment plans and follow-up on PTPs
- ‘Clientview’, CMOS client portal, allows secure remote access to all activity.
- LMS can be switched on and off as required, depending on business needs.
