Call us over the phone on 01-5547894. Our agents are there to assist you with any queries you might have.
Pay at your local Payzone outlet (in most local shops)

Bring the request for payment you received via email (with PDF attachment) or hard copy as it includes a barcode that can be presented for payment at the Payzone outlet.
Pay by bank lodgement and transfer:
Lodge payments into any AIB bank or via bank transfer from your own bank. Our bank details are on our communication to you.

Pay by cheque or postal Order:
Send cheques or postal orders to PO BOX 11013 Dublin 1 quoting the reference number in your recent correspondence. All cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Credit Management Outsource Solutions (CMOS) Ltd.
As part of your T&C’s with our client for supplying their services to you, it will have stated that they may pass your information on to a 3rd party for bill collection purposes. We, Credit Management Outsource Solutions (CMOS) Ltd, are fully compliant with GDPR, and confirm that your data is secure and:
1. We have obtained and processed your data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner: – Your data was provided to us by our client in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
2. Your data is processed by CMOS for only specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
If you are in dispute about the balance assigned to us to collect, we are happy to assist you with any query that you may have.

Who are CMOS and why are they contacting me ?
We are a business that provides credit and debt management services including collection of debts.
If you have already paid the debt then please contact us on the number stated on the letter or email which you have received. We will liaise with your creditor and arrange to have your file closed.
If you do not recognise the amount, please contact us and we will investigate. Please note that some of our clients add additional charges once the account is placed with us.
