The successful candidate will be working alongside our Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.

Position Overview: As a Digital Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. You will leverage your digital awareness to create impactful online campaigns, engage with our target audience, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.


1.     Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Utilize various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to reach and engage target audiences.

2.     Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Generate high-quality leads through digital channels and implement effective lead nurturing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers and achieve revenue targets.

3.     Content Creation:

  • Create compelling and relevant content for digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all digital channels.

4.     Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

5.     Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth.

6.     Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.


  • Recent qualification or internship experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong digital marketing skills with proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content creation.
