Ledger Management - How does it work?

• Ledger ‘clean-up’ for Companies with aged book (90days + Mandatory and paid for separately)
• CMOS remotely install monitoring software on the server / PC running sage / big red book etc.
• Based on agreed rules, CMOS monitor the ledger 24X7 and take agreed remedial action as required
• CMOS will not arbitrate or manage ‘issues’, copy invoices etc. A record of all customer communications / requirements will be sent to ‘company’ at agreed intervals or client can access via CMOS portal
• Company can choose either undisclosed (white label) solution or disclosed, CMOS contacting companies clients in the name of CMOS.
• If company chooses ‘disclosed’ option all company clients need to be made aware they may be contacted by CMOS
• Companies have username / password access to CMOS portal to view activities
